Gotta give it to the Mexicans in LA, they build a incredible stadium. Most NFL stadiums look awful but this one is awesome
>>155170599>9 fucking tiers of seats/boxesThat actually is impressive
It's nice except for the goybeam launcher in the sky
>>155170599It looks cool, but I do have a complaint as a normieThese stadiums are built to fit in as much VIP boxes as possible. There are a ton of tiers, I kind of dislike that. They break the stands too much apart for my taste, I think that hinders atmosphereEspecially the lowest tier is too small in my opinion. I'd prefer a bigger one - at least behind the goals. Ideally, that's where you'd get the hardcore fans, I'd like that area to be imposing and cohesive for the sake of noise potentialBut in general, it is a fucking amazing stadium. It just has a different focus than what I wish for
>>155170599It's a gem
>>155170599but do they have the atmospherehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vKW0dYwSe1c
>>155174634I like having more, smaller tiers. Makes getting to and leaving your seat easier because there are fewer people using the stairs and concourses
>>155170599It's the best stadium in the country. I love it so much. Vegas is a close second
>>155181043It also puts more people closer to the field. The other extreme is the University of Michigan, which is one curved bowl. It might sooth an OCD person to look at but the sight lines quickly become bad.
>>155182962What's the cosiest stadium in America?
>>155170599It really is a masterclass in stadium design. I can only imagine how the thirdies feel sitting in those seats.
>>155170599>designed by whitesthank the whites, not the grunts
>>155183101We don't think about you at all
>>155183067I like Lukoil stadium in Indianapolis and Soldier Field in Chicago (rip)
>>155170599Peter Crouch unable to get tickets but fortunately he was able to just walk up to the outer edge of the stadium and look over the top.
>>155170599Did Peter Crouch have to sit in the pleb section? Why wasn’t he assigned a seat in the VIP area with Beckham and Cruise?
>>155183283Chad only
>>155183283I think he's working for Fox on our coverage
>>155183067Currently it's probably SoFi, the one in OP's pic but in general, each time a new NFL stadium is built, it's the most expensive stadium ever.
>>155183114Go away jew
>>155183302Ah, that’s nice for him. He’s usually just in TV adverts here. For anything. Anything at all.
>>155182962That stadium looks like hell to go to a game in whether it's hot or cold. I've never been but it looks like a really miserable experience.
>>155183067>>155183333Sorry, thought you wrote costliest rather than asking about the most cozy. There are lots of unique stadiums at the college level that have great settings. Some in small mountain towns, some on a river or lake where you can take a boat to the game, some with skyline views. It would be hard to pick just one.
>>155183067Wrigley Field gotta be up there. In the middle of a major city, the buildings next to it have bleachers for people who don't have tickets to the game.Once you get away from the super massive college stadiums, a lot of those are really neat too. The Rose Bowl has a nice vista of the San Gabriel mountains and is a gorgeous and historic stadium.
>>155183067Where's the other half
>>155183390I haven't been yet even though I moved into the area a couple of years ago. The main thing I've heard is that it's easy to get in and out of since much of it is below grade. I'd rather climb a bit at the start of the game rather than after, but people who have been said it's not a big deal to climb up out of the bowl. Can't imagine the weather is ever nice but I've been to games in the deep south in September at midday. Those can be incredibly miserable.
>>155170599I singlehandedly built that
>>155183404Lots of quirks with college stadiums. The Sun Bowl had to notch out part of a hill to make room for the upper deck.
>>155170599That stadium looks too brightIt's weirdLike there's a football game inside a costco
>>155183114Obsessed pajeet
>>155183418I am in fact familiar with roasting alive at Jordan-Hare early in the season lol. Not saying it's the worst or anything but man is that a draining experience. Night games though are something else entirely. The Big House just looks like a wok pot in the summer and a frozen pond in the winter but I wondered if the long trek up to the vomitoriums was a big deal because it looks so long on tv... I figure it's built at a shallow angle by modern standards
>>155183447>Let's incorporate nature into the construction>Notch the hill cus'Americans are spiritually jewish.
>>155170599looks really nice, but imo both the azteca and the one from guadalajara have more soul. the canadian one was just sad
>>155170599THATS OUR RAMSCASA!
>>155183067>oldest stadium in america>the grandaddy of them all>already held multiple World cups>Also held multiple superbowls>literally surrounded by rich white people for miles upon milesyea...im thinking based.
>>155183447Don’t you just get roasted out there with no protection or shelter from the sun?
>>155170599Sovlless >>155183954Sovl
>>155183954>oldest stadium in americaWrong.>the grandaddy of them allWrong.Son, meet your daddy in pic related>already held multiple World cups>literally surrounded by rich white people for "miles upon miles"Fact check status: True.
>>155183961Frontiersmen laugh at the sun, only pasty city slicking hwites and groids cry about it in that stadium
>>155170599Mad impressive stadium and looks far better with a bigger football pitch in place of gridiron's narrow one
>>155183394Nice, but I prefer App St.
>>155170599Dwayne dibbly
>>155184086thats nice
>>155184086This is just three office buildings with a courtyard.
>>155183954too bad they wont even play a token world cup game there>howeverthe olympic soccer semi finals and finals (men and women) will be played there in 2028
>>155184946>too bad they wont even play a token world cup game thereReally? i am surprised considering some of the best games in 94 were played there
>>155170599mexico itself has cool stadiumsall of the south america too
>>155183412boca juniors if im correctyou should be asking where at the championships they got and you do not>>155183447that is cool>>155183954not bad

>>155187311seems solid rock, hopefully they have done their workI still would feel nervous sitting below that
>>155183394I might go to work there when I finish the PhD. Thanks for reading my blog. It seems nice.
>>155183067their baseball stadiums are super coolI guess they were the first and got all the sweet real estate
>>155183921Not a single person with normal BMI in this video.
>>155183839It was really good for the bats in the area. The stadium turns out to be a better place to live than the crags on the hill.>>155183961Yes. It's the far western edge of Texas. You have to protect your skin.>>155187397Maybe you can meet pic related.
>>155187870thin people aren't patriotic and are forbidden from watching american football
>>155183124>Anon mentions thirdies, without specifying nationality>Ingerlandef for some reason feels targeted
>>155174634yes vip boxes are ugly but they earn so much money, I know for the parc des princes 10% are vip boxes and they make 40% of the money per match day.
>>155191286That's honestly not even as much as I expected, I think they can go over half depending on how many there areMany new stadiums nowadays have 12-15% hospitality share (VIP boxes + business seats)My club is due to need a new stadium in ~15 years. Right now, the hospitality share is 7.5% or something, that was pretty good 25 years ago. But now it's peanuts and the club is missing out on a lot of money considering the current demandSo they will need a lot more VIP boxes and business seats. But I hope they still find a way to create an atmosperically impressive and cohesive stadium with good acoustics
weak security tho
