I wish I could have found friends more into darts growing up. I am 43, I am still pretty good but most people where I live (Northern MO) treat darts as an unintererested bar game. There are no leagues, there was one guy I used to play who was better than me and actually taught me a lot, but he died in a car accident. I have always felt it would be so fun to live somewhere with a competitive, scheduled dart league and hang out with the bros and drink some beer.
It’s a shame that it’s the republic and not Northern Ireland in the top half of the draw tomorrow. Would be UK vs the rest of the world.
