>>155354324Nobody watches that shit in America so who cares
>>155354324How's life in Greenland?
I have a tummy ache
A wildcard playoff game? For which sport?
>>155354324There's no match at midnight today.
>>155354410Try eating or drinking something with ginger in it.
>>155354448austria/jordan is at midnight eastern time
>>155354324Because the game is happening at 9 PM Specific Time. Not everything happens on the east coast.
>>155354557why?
>>155354539That game is tomorrow, nigga.
>>155354557but even 9 pm is a dumb time for a game
>>155354598We have games here at 8pm1 hour ain't much
without question it'll be the least watched World Cup match in historyno one in Austria's staying up til 6am for that shit. and no one in Jordan likes football. Europe's asleep, asians are working, east coast Americans are asleepat least a few west coast Americans enjoy a random soccer match with countries of teams they've never heard of
>>155354639>no one in Austria's staying up til 6am for that shit.wake up in the morning then?
>>155354652WAKE UP IN THE MORNING FEELING LIKE P DIDDY
>>155354639Such a bizarre choice, obviously make that game the 6pm for EU like Spain vs Cape Verde yesterday. Planning for this has been shit and China isn't even paying big money
>>155354629we do too, but it's still dumball these execs love their "prime time" tv schedulehow exactly are you going to have kids watch these games, NBA finals, CFP, MNF, etc- you can laugh and say you don't care, but how are you ever going to get kids to grow up soccer fans if they can't even watch the games because they're asleep by thenadditionally, everyone i know who is a casual fan (pretty much everyone) will start watching at 9, fall asleep on the couch at 10 and miss the rest of the game anywayhow does this actually make money?
>>155354598most big games start at 9pm
>>155354740>how are you ever going to get kids to grow up soccer fans if they can't even watch the games because they're asleep by thenseems to have been working out fine so far
>>155354740Hmm i guess you're right since it's specifically the world cup so they should try get young fans watching.Honestly the whole schedule is random but i guess this is what happens with multiple hosts.
>>155354740In US Eastern time the games needed to kick off at 11am, 2pm, 6pm, 9pm. That way we could had good games on at 4pm/5pm for UK/EU and the 9pm slot could have served US prime time + China/Japan/Korea/Australia. There needs to be more early kick offs.
>>155354639>at least a few west coast Americans enjoy a random soccer matchthat's late even for us, I might watch the first half and then go to sleep
