>>155446153Long competition. Groups don't matter that much because three teams go through so what you should look at is how hard did your team have to fight for it's points. Germany for example was basicaly walking it in. Not much efforts spent on that win. France - Senegal, France had to put some efforts but they can do more so, still alright. Senegal however, that one is seriously worrying, they were completly gassed on that second-half, doesnt bode well for their ambitions. Belgium, a solid chunk of the team was completly gassed by the end, this is really not good, especialy considering we got a draw out of it. Egypt was in an even worst state. Overall a really weak group, those teams will go out soon in the competition. Spain.... not sure what to make of that one. They really didnt try that hard, only felt some urgency in perhaps the last 10 mins, their lack of creativity upfront is slightly worrying but I think they will wake up, still not much energy spent on that draw. Etc etc... I think a fair amount of teams who had a strong display will feel it a few matches in like Norway for example, they ran a lot, which was great for us, entertaining match, but their level is going to drop the further they go due to bodies failing. Scotland also, ran a lot for their win. All in all, don't look too hard at the result, look at how much work was put into getting said result. And also, little reminder that Argentina shat the bed in their opener four years ago.
