I'm tired of pretending Zlatan was ever on par with his peers. He was a slow, showboating oaf only good against weak teams, and achieved nothing.

>B-B-B-BUT HE SCORED A LOT OF GOALS AGAINST (a bunch of farmers and bricklayers)!!

Wow. What a champ
>>
flat track bully
>>
Based. Slatan sucks ass. Too bad his ugly mug keeps appearing on TV
>>
I mean, he had hype moments and aura. Like it or not, for most football fans, that's what matters. People who discuss titles and xG and shit like that are nerds. Most fans live for the moments, not season-by-season.
>>
He's horrible on tv. He's fine for a few soundbites in interviews, but speaking for a long time is brutal.
>>
Don't care, still kino to watch, especially with Inter and PSG
>>
>>155622918
Unironically true. Most football fans are based retards.
>>
nobody cares zlatan still delivered in every league he played

KWAAAAAB

>muh whataboutisms
ok, does he have the same amount of World Cups?
I accept your concession, freak.

Yeah. A lot of Brazilian football nerds get angry at people who like Neymar and sperg out with stuff like:
>HIS GOALS DIDNT CHANGE RESULTS IN THE UCL
>HE ONLY SCORED TAP INS OR DECORATIVE GOALS, NEVER BUILT ANYTHING UNDER PRESSURE
>HE COST PSG THE UCL
>HE IS THE WORST TRANSFER OF ALL TIME AND THE SECOND WORST TRANSFER OF ALL TIME
>HE NEVER WON ANYTHING FOR BRAZIL
>PSG JUST KEPT WINNING THE SAME TROPHIES THEY ALREADY WON EVERY SEASON
>HE CHEATS ON HIS WIFE PUBLICALLY AND SUBJECTS HIS CHILDREN TO THE HUMILIATION OF HAVING KEKED MOMS
>HE DOESNT GIVE A SHIT ABOUT THE GAME JUST MONEY AND WHORES
>HE WAS NEVER THE TEAM'S BEST PLAYER IN ANY SEASON BESIDES FOR SANTOS
Bit this is always the kind of person who never goes to the stadium. If you go to the stadium, Neymar's 1 to 3 tricks a match are the moments that make you feel the ticket was worth your hard earned money, and that's what matters. They're entertainers.
Us, obsessive tournament watchers, fixated with the idea of debating the sport until we have the most granular understanding of it, are the weirdos. For the average person who actually keeps the ecosystem alive, Neymar is amazing.

Argeed. He had aura but he was a can when the moment mattered.
>>
>>155621927
i always liked Henrik better
>>
his shit personality caused him to crashout with Barcelona that was his chance
>>
>self centered, self important wannabe gangster sucks at teamsport
nothing new
>>
>>155621927
>I'm tired
What a fucking wuss. Pathetic.
>>
He showed his true colors in 2006, when he could have stayed with Juventus during the tough times of their unjust relegation to Serie B alongside players like Del Piero, Buffon, Trezeguet, Nedved, Camoranesi, Chiellini and the rest of the gang.
Instead, he gave it all up to play Champions League football for a club of buffoons and plastic mercenaries that sank the entire Italian football movement thanks to their loser victim mentality and paranoia, while now he's actively helping to destroy what little sporting ambition Milan has left by working on behalf of American trust-fund babbies with zero knowledge of football.
It really suits him.
>>
I'm just upset Yugoslavia isn't a team anymore. If britain and holand can have like 13 teams why cant we do the opposite and let balkans unite into one team again?
>>
Hard to put my feelings on Zlatan into words. He's always scored goals. But there has always been a feeling with him that he's not quite good enough, not quite at the required standard, just below the very best, a question mark of some sort
>>
>>155622918
Don't put titles and xG on the same sentence. xG is nerdy shit but titles is what normal people celebrate, Zlatan fans are mostly the new crop of nigerians and indians who experience football through xitter posts.
>>
he was the worst from the best basically
but really good at marketing himself

He is legitimately the worst television presenter/commenter I've ever seen from any sport

Serbs are crypto Jews. Yugoslavia was extremely unsuccessful because of them and their 3rd world clan mentality. In 40 years, Yugoslavia participated in 7 World Cups, 4 in a row from 50-62, but only 3 times from 62-90. The best result was a 4th place in Chile. Since 1998, Croatia has played in 7 World Cups and won silver and two bronze medals. The idea of putting together a Yugo team is the same as putting together a British team, but the players are chosen by Scottish or Irish coaches and football agents.
>>
>>155622934
His english is pretty bad for a swede.
>>
>>155625614
Realistically, who else in the balkans would croats be willing to team up with ? Since the serbs are out of the question.
>>
>>155623027
fan is short for fanatic, so it shouldn't be surprising to witness radicalism among extremists lol
>>
>>155625634
With no one. There's no need, nor do they have enough quality players. Vlahovic is the only Serb who could play in Croatia's starting 11. Oblak is the better goalkeeper overall, but Livakovic has saved Croatia so many times that I would simply never take him off the goal. Dzeko is too old. Macedonia, Mt Nigger and Kosovo don't have good players.

He's done alright
I'm sure he would trade a few league titles for one CL
>>
>>155625832
I liked when the team was Yugoslavia, with the big red Star on the flag. Kino. I guess it wasn't very funny you of course.
>>
>>155625937
Top kek, how old r u?
>>
>>155626341
Old. Many of us here unfortunately.
>>
I always called him the YouTube highlight machine. Because besides his goals against shit teams there's nothing memorable about him.
>>
>>155621927
I'm glad that I don't have to hear from him. He's your problem now America.
>>
Overrated only in America (because they are clueless) and England (because he scored one lucky goal against them in a friendly) . Nobody else rates him.
>>
>>155626440
Not true. Ibrahimovic was a great player. Not as good as Henry but top quality. I'd put him up there with players like Neymar, Lewandowski, Rooney - top players while not being the best of the best.
>>
>>155626529
He was nowhere any of those players.
>>
>>155626440
The bicycle kick wasn't lucky, but I do think its very overrated. I remember watching that game live, and it is impressive, but it was on an open net. I actually saw it coming, and I think other players would do it too. Hell I think if you gave anon's like 100 tries to do it, many would pull it off, but if you gave them 100 tries to replicate a better goal they couldn't, like maybe Van Persie's diving header chip vs. Spain for example.
