Hear me out: Egypt 2038, with Saudi Arabia co-hosting games at The Line, which will build all the needed stadiums and join CAF for the duration of the World Cup. The tournament will be played in the winter because Ramadan and unbearable summer heat. Final will be hosted in Riyadh due to logistical and humanitarian reasons.
