The Pacific islands lose like 15-0 when they have to play Fiji. Keep in mind Curacao has a population of 150'000 and Samoa has like 20'000.

Disregard what I said. I misremembered Pacific Island populations. Samoa has 220k. About half of the oceanic island nations have over 150k population, with Fiji having almost a million. Tuvalu and Nauru have ~10k. But again Curacao has to qualify against Haiti or whatever and oceanic islands have to beat New Zealand and then playoff against an Asian nation with 10 million people.
