You can't even celebrate goals anymore. Every time a goal is scored there's a 50% chance it won't be allowed because someone who wasn't involved in the play tripped or was in a scuffle 40 metres away 30 seconds ago.

This, even as a fan of the sport the majority of most soccer matches are pretty dull, thats why goals are such insane moments with people jumping up and down
But now you have to sit back and wait for 2-3 minutes because VAR went back 30 years into the past and saw all the events that would eventually lead to the goal and go "ermm actually no goal haha :)"
Sucks the very soul out of the sport unironically
