You can't really separate soccer from the international aspect, which gives people an excuse to start shit over things that originally weren't even soccer. The closest you Leafs have is hockey but dislike of the US isn't on an ethnic level so it's not as big of a deal if you lose the Stanley Cup to one of our teams.
