The difference here is that there is actual contact from the challenge, but it's fair game and not worthy of a penalty. The Swiss player does not get touched, then kicks backwards to try and claim contact while he's already falling to the ground. There's a middle ground between a foul and a dive, most tourists seem unable to grasp this concept.
