Norwaybros, I'm sorry.
I used the highest quality, best camera angle I was able to get my hands on.
Unfortunately the camera is not locked in place, and because of that I had to digitally stabalize the footage.
I painstakingly went through and motion tracked the ball by hand, frame by frame, and... I just don't see it.

Can someone PLEASE explain what it is you see?

This is the one anomaly I am able to see. However, I am lead to believe that this is caused by a video compression artifact. My reasoning: the ball is almost invisible on this frame (I spent probably 30 minutes on placing this tracker marker, and used every technique I know trying to resolve the ball's position). Further more, the ball's arch is seemingly unaffected by whatever happened on this frame.

I didnt watch the match. what even happend

Supposedly the ball hits one of the cables suspending the overfield spidercam
>>
Does anypony have a video from the GK's perspective?
>>
>>156713696
The cables for the skycam are much higher up than the flightpath of the ball during a typical goal kick, otherwise this would be a relatively frequent occurrence. And the fact that the snickometer reading could detect a hair follicle during the Portugal/Croatia match but showed no detections here means that this should be an closed case to anyone that isn't overdosing on copium.

why aren't the globohomos releasing the sensor data, this can be easily verified
>>
>>156713696
The arc to the ball is just so unnatural. Really does drop down quite rapidly.
If it isn't the cable could it just be world cup balls curving in a strange manner?
>>
>>156713968
They have released a video showing the sensor picks up nothing, but people just say they faked it because it doesn't fot their narrative. It's why discussion about the incident is pointless, because one side is clearly not willing to listen to evidence that disproves their claims.
>>
Next we need someone to do a frame by frame analysis of how Bellingham just walked past 5 defenders

Have Norway explained that yet?

Joe Hart has been banging on about how strange these world cup balls move when players are taking shots.

You'll notice no one discussing this has the Norway flag. Norwegian media are not speculating either.
We don't mind. We lost fair and square and are now waiting to celebrate the team returning home at the royal palace to honor them as heroes.

The ball has some spin on it which causes the unusual trajectory, Joe Hart also mentioned previously how the ball is moving weirdly which is causing goalkeepers to misjudge the flight of the ball and concede goals they would normally save.
>>
>>156713990
Well if you looked a bit closer you see the goalkeeper sliced the fuck out of it and it has insane backspin on it

Look up the magnus effect - it is expected a ball with backspin will descend rapidly once it passes the peak and gravity pulls it down with the backspin slowing its forward momentum

Is this a case of mass hysteria?

Here I'd say. It's not hitting a brick wall, but it slows down and the trajectory changes.

You did a good job with the video, best I've seen so far
>>
>>156714163
it did though. any object with mass exerts a gravitational force on any other object with mass. so whether the ball touched the cable or not, the ball's trajectory was changed because of it.

This is true, I hope FIFA will take into account the position of Saturn in case it's gravity moves a ball one ångström to the left and helps us win against Argentina.

The slightest touch if any in that case.
Most definitely not "dropping straight down" like some claim.
