Argentina would have won without that red card
>>
>>157051128
The first yellow was completely undeserved bro.
Spain bought the refree. He was some crypto muzzie.
>>
>Spain with over 20 fouls
>no cards

Sub 30 IQ retards actually managed to convince even bigger retards that the ref was helping Argentina
>>
>>157051128
People making fun of Argentina, but Italy 34 and 38 and Brasil 58 and 62 were the only teams to win two consecutive cups.

1958:
Goalkeeper: Gilmar
Defenders: Djalma Santos, Bellini (reserve in 62), Orlando and Nilton Santos
Midfielders: Zito and Didi (best player Fifa)
Forwards: Garrincha, Vavá, Mazzola (2 games) Pelé (4 games) and Zagallo.

1962:
Goalkeeper: Gilmar
Defenders: Djalma Santos, Mauro Ramos, Zózimo and Nilton Santos
Midfielders: Zito and Didi
Forwards: Garrincha (best player Fifa), Vavá, Pelé (1 game and 25 minutes) Amarildo (4 games) and Zagallo.

Goals
58
Pelé (6), Vavá (5), Didi (2), Zagallo (1), Nilton Santos (1) e Mazzola (1).

62
Garrincha (4), Vavá (4), Amarildo (3), Pelé (1), Zagallo (1) e Zito (1).

Maybe dont get red cards then?

Argentina would have won if they hadn't forgotten to shoot the ball into the net either but here we are

Somehow I don't think much would have changed.

The whole time the ref was handing him the red all I can yell was "make that stupid face now"

>Yellow card for the equivalent of a brake check when the cunt was practically begging the ref to find an excuse to give Argentina a second red

Europoors can't play against Americans without ref assistance
>>
>>157051128
unironically true, they would have found an unlikely winner, being the champions that they are. but it would have been the bad ending even though I wanted argentina to win. spain thoroughly outplayed them and deserved victory

Playing for penalties is such a garbage way to watch this sport. Play real football.

>>157051128
Switzerland would eliminated Argentina without their red card too.

>>
>>157051352
This is the best dive of the century. Went stiff on contact intentionally and did a nicely controlled little leap off inertia. Slimy faggot.

>Jumps on a player
>Still no card

Nobody has explained how it's possible that they have possession of the ball for basically the whole game, buy still have as much fouls as Argentina and no card
>>
>>157054191
The video is hilarious. I can't find the webm
>>
>>157054300
>controlled little leap
lmao sure
>>
>>157054300
I'm still not sure if I can fully classify it as a dive. Yes he jumped into it and rolled with it still looks more like trying to mitigate a bad collision more than trying to get a foul.

Maybe Argentina played like shit?

Cucurella had his eyes on the ball the entire time
Completely diff to simeone who was starring at cucurellas back b4 crashing into him
>>
>>157051128
Probably
It only took 7 minutes of actually trying to make spain shit themselves
Now imagine with an extra active threat outside of the box that can also be a header
That being said, he acted like a chimp WHILE carded, regardless of whether lil flippa dove for the second yellow card
>>
>>157054454
He knew exactly how he was going to land because he barely touched Enzo's foot. Possibly not at all. Scroll through the sequence, you see him going stiff and taking an unnatural body posture even before there was any contact. This was unironically an acrobatics number. Just like Cucurella pulled off the mouth cover thing and made Messi look like the bad guy. Can't fault them completely, it was Argentina that was supposed to be the bad guys so Spain beat them at their own game.
>>
>>157054268

Argentina would have won if they invented an anti-Spanish chant on the level of ESCUCHEN.

kek anyone else noticing the argentine who just collapses on the field for nothing? bottom left. OMEGALUL
>>
>>157051352
Look at Enzo's trajectory, looks perfectly natural, composed, balanced, going after the ball. Now look at Cubarsi, does a massive hook coming in sideways, literally aims for Enzo's legs, goes stiff before and then does a little flip having barely made contact or braced for impact. It's similar to what Lamine did to get a penalty, run full speed into a guy controlling the ball and hope you catch a contact before he reaches the ball.
>>
>>157055075
I think he was just tired.
>>
>>157054980
>>157055105
dude are you legitimately schizophrenic? cucarella itched his nose. the second yellow spanish guy got to the ball first and argentina guy went knee to knee which is incredibly dangerous in terms of causing an injury. also what about argentina having ZERO FUCKING SHOTS acting like it was rigged for spain is weaponized autism
>>
>>157055105
This is the optimal way to play with var, you're always going to get the decision if you look for contact and then sell it well
Just look how most of the time the forwards don't even try to score inside the penalty area but look for a slight contact they can then turn into a penal
>>
>>157055061
There was a sequence during the 2nd half where a spanish dude committed 3 consecutive fouls and never got booked.
It's nearly impossible to try if all your potentially good advances get stopped with a tactical foul.
You guys would unironically add a rule where an x amount of collective fouls results in a penalty, if you had a say in this.
>>
>>157055105
why are you pol tourists even trying? the world cup is over go fucking back
do you understand that you're exposing your total disconnect with sports, human motion and the commonly observed physical reality and the world outside your room in general, when you say insane shit like "he does a little flip"?
