1st place is quite obvious
2nd place is the most logical choice, but you could probably switch 2nd to 4th around
5th is the most obvious choice based on the established global narrative, but I think you might as well switch 5th and 6th
7th seems logical as well, though hard to compare to 8th and 9th, who can be put in any order
10th is very hard to deal with since it is a second tier league. I agree the league is quite strong and the strongest 2nd tier. But no idea where exactly to put it. I also don't think it's THAT much stronger than the other elite 2nd tiers. I also think the 2nd Bundesliga is a bit stronger than the Segunda Division, but I am obviously a bit biased
11th place and deeper might as well be a random assortment, and I think it is quite random. Not that I have any idea for a good order, but Japan and Paraguay for example seem a bit high while Turkey, Netherlands, Russia, Sweden, Greece seem quite low. Even Saudi-Arabia
