UEFA will likely host some Global Cup in Spain and Portugal in 2030 and invite some international teams. FIFA, if they still existed, would likely move their 2030 World Cup to the US once again. I‘d assume Japan and South Korea will play in UEFA Cup. It‘s gonna be great shitshow and I’m all for it. Fuck FIFA

Europe has all the advertiser and sponsorship money. Their own euro cup would be worth 10 times as much as a rump world cup where it's just south America and like half a million north American fans who are worth anything to sponsors and advertisers at all.
