I'm against salary cap and I'm a fan of a team that doesn't spend. You can probably one shot the Dodgers just by undoing the special carve out they have to where they don't have to share their TV revenue with the rest of the league. They are the only team that gets to keep 100% of their TV profits because the former owner went bankrupt. Especially since they are in one of if not the largest TV market in the country. Just have them share the same percentage as everyone else and you'll see their spending come down.
