His black attribute wont work well as a midfielder or defender. Also, the Vietnamese players havent reach their potential if you pay attention. The previous generation of athletes are lazy and poorly trained, our young athletes starting to get disciplined and proper training recently. The scouting and grassroot system also need to be able create opportunities for higher quality kids who had better physical and mental attributes. Look at what Japan did with Ohtani: physical specimen who got scouted early, get developed in the best baseball highschool and coaches in his prefecture, went to the pros as a mature, focused athlete who not only knows his sports but also self-discipline, get several years of pro experience at the local, then took his talent to the highest level in the US where his game was elevated to the next level. Vietnam doesnt do well in any of the stages that Japan built Ohtani. Physically gifted kids dont play sports or get scouted, coaches and the training system are backwards, there's no clear route to the highest level. Even the local league schedule gets disrupted.Picrel is Ohtani's Harada method sheet that he wrote when he was 15-16. His highschool coaches taught him this.
