The "180 day" amendment made it into the bill. The nineteen member cap is still in place. Unless the B1G actually has no interest in ND, the amendment really is about ACC schools moving to the SEC. Word is that FSU is willing to pay whatever it takes to get out of the ACC and is willing to make a deal with private equity to make it happen. I have doubts about if Clemson and Miami would actually put up the required amount of money but I also don't see the SEC going to seventeen members.
