Big sports franchises basically bully the shit out of cities for tax incentives and when they don't get them, they shop around for a municipality that will. The Bears aren't leaving the Chicago market and they aren't even changing their name. They are literally moving less than 10 miles across the state line (to another democrat run shithole) to shake down the (for-the-sake-of-argument) good people of Hammond Indiana and bring them litter and crime always associated with sporting arenas.
