Is the NBA the most corrupt league?
>>
>literally rigged lakers/kings
>rigged dallas 1oa pick
probably
>>
>>157392294
>no evidence found
>no there is, my guy on Twitter told me so. It must be corruption
>>
>>157392294
Without question. If you watch NuBA as a naive fan in 2026 you deserve to be broke and a life long renter you gullible fool

>>157392439
>every shred of evidence found, presented in a concise manner that anyone with two brain cells can follow along
>"n-n-no not evidence because I find the guy goofy"
retard
>>
>>157392294
I mean, if it wasn't already obvious before, only a retard could still deny it after the league forced that corrupt sham Luka trade to give the Lakers yet another handout and then compensated the Mavs for playing along by rigging the lottery for them. The NBA is down there with FIFA.
>>
>>157392589
The wings got the no.1 pick two years in a row too.
>>
>>157392697
What the fuck are the wings?
>>
>>157392710
Detroit Red Wings, but pretty sure they didn't get any #1 picks
>>
>>157392589
>The NBA is down there with FIFA.
As much as FIFA is corrupt, it rarely affects the game directly, specially in important tournaments. What Infantino did to favor Messi and Argentina in these last two WCs is a first and is triggering reaction.

Meanwhile the NBA has been very obviously forcing meme game 7s in every possible series for the past 10 years or so. It's shameless blatant rigging all playoff long.

>"goyim really thought I was going to punish (((Ballmer)))"

Only time he punished a member of the tribe was when he got the call from Tel Aviv to get rid of Sterling
>>
>>157392294
No from what I've seen your NFL is far more corrupt
>>
>>157392319
>>literally rigged lakers/kings
Never not be mad about this
>>
>>157392539
what evidence is there? They haven't released anything publicly.
>>
>>157392759
Bro that game 5 in Sacramento when the refs fucked over the Lakers was so fucking disgusting. Shaq at one point looks at Vlade and gets a foul because Vlade's flop somehow "convinced" the refs to call it. They had Shaq in foul trouble the entire game from the first quarter for BS calls. Then on the last play of the game Webber touches it last out of bounds but somehow the ref 2 feet away gives them the ball back. Inbound play Fisher gets hit with an illegal screen and Bibby hits the wide open shot to win it. Fucking most rigged bullshit game I've ever seen in my life
>>
>>157392319
and I'm still convinced that the kings rigging was only partially about stern's typical lakerslakerslakers, and was more to make people forget about the blazers rigging from 2 years before, since it was the proof that pippen > jordan. the league had invested way too much into the jordan meme to let it die so soon
>>
>>157392804
Brother the Blazers went 1-15 to start the 4th quarter. Fuck outta here with this rigged bullshit. It was the biggest choke in league history
>>
>>157392735
>What Infantino did to favor Messi and Argentina in these last two WCs is a first
Lmao, what? It wasn't even Argentina's first rigged WC and nothing that hasn't also happened for other countries (England 1966, South Korea 2002, etc.) in the past. Soccer is and has always been the third-world banana republic of sports.
>>
>>157392294
it's too boring to watch to tell you
>>
>>157392922
Nothing of this level ever happened. You had dictators bribing specific teams and refs here and there, you had FIFA favoring a shitty host team. FIFA has never favored a top team this much.

The NBA does this shit every year and has been doing it for a long while
>>
>>157392793
Are you the same retard from /nba/ who conveniently ignores the entire Pablo Torre investigation? You are low IQ if you do
>>
Who honestly cares about this? Not the casual fan I can tell you that. The die hards crying about ethics and morals certainly have no standing in this.
>>
>>157393924
Fuck you Steve
>>
>>157394216
he's right. This is a private sports league meant for entertainment, not some Oil company breaking laws lmao. Clippers were garbage anyways so it was his loss.
>>
>>157394394
For real, they didn't even win a single playoff series with Kawhi on this contract. People are acting like it's the Astros or Michigan outright cheating to "win" a championship.
The Luka trade/rigged Flagg lottery sequence was 1000x worse than this, but the normalcattle quieted down after a few weeks because it benefitted the Lakers, not one of the league's designated whipping-boy franchises, so the media had no incentive to fuel the outrage.
>>
>>157394580
Just because they didn't win doesn't mean they're justified in cheating. What Ballmer doesn't understand is now the Lakers are going to circumvent their way to every title
>>
>>157394580
Michigan didn't cheat. They were using public information for an advantage.
>>
>>157394604
kek, lakers are finished. They had numerous super-teams and were dogshit after the Kobe era.
>>
>>157394604
>Just because they didn't win doesn't mean they're justified in cheating.
Oh, I agree it's not good for the league. I'm a strong believer in salary caps and I think sports are worse when they're pay-to-win. Even if there's not hard enough evidence to nail the Clippers to the wall, the NBA should at least make stricter rules around endorsements to discourage this shit in the future.
All I'm saying is that the rage of the normalfag masses over this is wildly disproportionate to what the team actually got out of it. Keep in mind, the same normalfag masses have been bitching endlessly about the apron system and the salary cap/tax having teeth to it at all and wishing they could go back to the days of the Warriors just ignoring it, which is inherently contradictory. They have no idea what they want.
>What Ballmer doesn't understand is now the Lakers are going to circumvent their way to every title
You say this like the Lakers rigging their way to success isn't already the default setting of the NBA. Them not doing it is the rare exception.

Canada says the NHL is rigged since 1993 so that's pretty high up there if an entire country believes their own national sport is rigged.
>>
>>157397506
it's statistically impossible that 7/30 teams hasn't won in 30+ years so something is obviously going on.
>>
>>157394394
Yeah because the NBA is seeing increased srutiny while the oil sector gets rewarded with state subsidies and favourable laws.
>>
>>157397606
No it's statistically possible since it happened. Canadians are too deep in the woods to realize they're holding their own teams back from winning with their toxic fandom
>>
>>157392589
>Luka traded
>Lakers sell for 10 Billion
>Lakers sell for 12.5 Billion

Yep even as a Lakers fan this was obvious. I wonder how much Mark Walter payed off Nico Harrison to pull this off
>>
>>157392804
Have you even watched the games?? Kings could have won game 6 or 7 if they just hit their free throws. They choked immeasurably. That plus the Horry shot debacle. The Kings deserved to lose. I know the small market empathizers hate this response but it’s just true.
>>
>>157392710
dallas wnba team but ok
>>
>>157397606
Canada is an overtaxed, broke and jeet-infested shithole that most ambitious young people with money aren't going to choose to live in over, say, the Sun Belt. Your overbearing media also makes staying in Canada even less appealing, especially for the Leafs, where they set every player up for ridicule and backlash by overrating them so much and handing them the Cup every offseason.
>>
>>157397761
Can I ask a question? How are you a grown adult and can't spell paid correctly?

No, LALIGA still is.

Every soccer league in the world is more corrupt than the NBA, without exception.
