It's like how you may have been warned to never get between a bull and a bunch of cows - you don't want to get between them because obviously the insane jealousy and rage even though you're not doing anything. Many humans 100% experience this same insane, intense rage at the mere idea of someone seeing something sexual in another person. In the past it used to be about trying to ban all pornography, or sexual stuff on tv and for a while it seemed like it might be going away, but if anything it's getting worse. There are people in America in prison for decades (!) for recording women without their consent. Notice the passive aggressive nature and weird English of the "guidelines", there's something so strange about it. Zooming in is bad, replays are bad, slow motion is bad, lol, advisable to cut off before they touch down. We are living in a crazy world. This is what you see in a crazy world. It's a black mirror episode but in reality. I don't know if there's a possibility the guidelines will be ignored, they are just guidelines and I don't think the tv company will get in trouble - the problem of course would be roasties at the tv company cause they're in the highest positions of power these days even in male-dominated endeavours.
