Yearly reminder that fantasy football is gay.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9eoeqAD-Xyg
Anyone have a league that's drafting soon (preferably the next couple of days) with people who are active?
who's the worst WR2 you'd be comfortable starting
in superflex with casuals should you just take the qbs first or try to get greedy for skill positions for the first 2 rounds? Like say Josh Allen falls to 7 but St. Brown or somebody is there too
>>157413593Just take the QBs. Josh Allen won't fall to 7 though. More like at 7 you're choosing between Jamarr Chase and Joe Burrow.
>>157411711diggsbut i got 2nd pick overall, so i know i'm gonna be starting someone worseoh well.i hope i can snag a good RB round 2, shit I'd settle for Love
bump
yall niggas watching any preseason for cues? i've found it to be not as useful as i once hoped
>>157422658Not anymore. Used to when the NFL was good though. But now between players being ass, everyone using industry shit that's way ahead of a normal curve, and coaches just not playing guys they plan to use, it's useless.
>>157422658not really. seems like obvious starters are getting a lot of time this year.
>>157422658Yes and I will be drafting Mike Washington over Jeanty
>>157422658Stribling is a first rounder
>>157424910lmaoooooooo
>>157411711The only receivers worth drafting are puka chase and smith nigga
Feels like it's harder to find good leagues now if you don't have friends or coworkers who are interested.
I should just keep Chase, Jeanty and Cook and not even worry about having my first 3 picks right?
Can someone sell me on Waddle? I just don’t get his hype.I owned Sutton last year and I hated that passing offense. Nix sucks and he would throw it often to other receivers like Troy Franklin. Waddle seems to be coming into a crowded room and I find it hard to believe he’ll be getting consistent high targets.
>>157429920I like my family league because a few of them suck, so I can get good players.I stayed around for another random cash league thats pretty tough though.
>>157431031The hype is mostly built around Drew Brees making people think Sean Payton is a genius. The other part of the hype is that Waddle himself is pretty good and unlike Sutton he's going to get the easy targets. He's the shallow to medium guy, Sutton is a sacrificial big body that gets the down field prayers.>>157430197Yeah fuck it that's a good 1/2/3.
Kyler Murray will finish as a top 5 QBDevonta Smith is this year's JSN, will finish as the WR2 behind Puka NigcuaDavid Montgomery will finish as a top 5 RB, Saquon will have a bounce-back year and finish as RB1Kyle Pitts will be TE1 after Pooa dumps it off to him 12 times a game
>>157433368>Kyle Pitts will be TE1no, Bowers will be TE1 by a wide margin and be the most common player on championship rosters
>>157431031when the dolphins were popping off circa '22-23, waddle was fantastic. it's basically a question of whether you believe the talent is there and is going to flourish in denver and if he'll have a better connection with nix than sutton does
James Cook (safe) Jeanty (upside)orJames Cook (safe) + Chase Brown (safe)
>post yfw Jjetas and Janty slide in your league
>>157433801Cook + Brown.>>157433368He won'tHe won'tHe won'tHe won'tHe won't and TE is a fucking gay position.
>he drafted McCaffrey again can't be me
>>157434113Devonta Smith checks all the boxes for being a top receiver this year. I’m reaching for him in the 3rd round.
I like the falcon skill players but I just can't with Tua/penis. Shit seems like an obvious trap
>>157434113You clearly don't know ball, and that's okay. We all gotta start somewhere :)
>>157434396He's a small wide receiver on an offense that we don't think is fast with a QB that doesn't throw often and a highly regarded defense. To be a high end WR1 he needs to be ultra efficient with every target, next to no room for error.
>>157434396>checks all the boxesunbased ESPN enthusiast
>>157434617>wenah, I'm not a faggot like you
>>157434664It's okay, buddy. Let it all out. This is a safe space.
>>157434644he’s been a top 10 WR while competing with AJ Brown. Guess who’s gone and guess where those targets are going to. Reminder that he was heisman trophy winner, he’s been elite and now he can be the true WR1.
Reminder
>>157434750>He's been a top 10 WRNot in fantasy he hasn't.
>>157434761What about when /ffg/ is arguing with each other?
>>157434771Yes he has
>>157434792That never happens, everybody here is always so kind and helpful/
>>157434804Nigga had to go as far back as 2022 to dig that up LMAOOOOOOOOO
>>157434818>deflecting because she was proven wrongJust say you don’t watch ball, little girl. He’s always been a top level receiver and he doesn’t have to compete with AJB.
>>157434804Damn, I'll give it to you. He did finish top 10 once 4 years ago. I still think it's really presumptive to think a 1200/7 years in 2022 means he'll hit closer to 1500/10 this year, which he would need to be WR2 overall.
How did I do?
>>157434881It'll be closer to 3 thousand yards and 30+ touchdowns, mark my words. >t. Ball knower.
>>157434894>ZERO WRs>TWO QBs>TWO TE>TWO DEFENSEWTF AM I LOOKING AT
>>157434914shit WRs this year and shit position in every draft round
>>157434894based boomer gang
>>157434894Jauan Jennings?
>>157434894>2 DsWRs are cheeks and you picked like 3 of the scariest rbs to have
