Based Smudger, Gando wasn't in playing mood any longer. Thought so when they said he won the bull against Asp but then gifted it to him.
And so Ross Smith makes it two European Tour titles with an 8-2 hammering of Gary Anderson, who was clearly exhausted after three successive last leg deciders today. This included one in the semi-final where having already survived three match darts from Nathan Aspinall, Asp then decided to hype up the crowd on his final visit and missed both darts at double. Well done, idiot.Overall a steady return to the Euro Tour, with very little in the way of truly interesting upsets after the opening day, although the highest seed to make the semis was the 8th seed. Maybe that says more about the overall standard of everyone being able to beat everyone else rather than anything significant.The Euro Tour resumes next Friday from Prague.
