>5 Premier League players>2 Bundesliga players>3 Ligue 1 players>1 La Liga playerThis will most likely be our lineup at the next World Cup.If we still get knocked out in the first round of the knockout stage with a squad like this, what are we supposed to do?
that team will be old as fuck at the WC
>>157640078Calling an Ipswich/Leeds player a Premier League player is like calling City's 3rd choice goalkeeper a title winner
>>157640078Ito looks like he wants to eat my liver.
>>157640078No offence but your team is so overhyped. With the youtube crowd they were even more overhyped than our dumbass pundits were hyping our team. Not saying you should've been knocked out that early but you're a round of 16 team like us but you've got people talking about Japan's 30 year project or whatever the fuck it was to get a WC.
>>157640078Why no mitoma?
>>157640078>mediocre team:|>mediocre team - Japan:o
how much the nation hates suzuki?
>>157640457What would they hate him for?
>>157640472Hes black mate. Pretty obvious
>>157640078All of that to lose in the first round lol
>A non-league goalkeeper from London has been chosen to take the throne of a kingdom in Uganda.>Suzuki Kamurasi, the captain of the SE Dons in Bexleyheath, south-east London, has unexpectedly become leader of the Tooro people in the east African country.>Kamurasi, 36, was chosen as the next omukama, or king, of the subnational constitutional monarchy in Uganda, after the death of his cousin, who previously held the role
>>157640477slipped my mind, carry on
>>157640472I mean by default the japanese are quite racist toward blacksso I wonder if a black person representing the nation makes him actually more or even less likable than others
>>157640457Zion is actually pretty damn well-liked in Japan right now.If he were some insanely arrogant, savage asshole, yeah, people would probably hate him. But in reality this boy is more humble, quiet, and hardworking than most fully pure Japanese players.
>>157640522kek just saw that you sneaky fuck but I wont expose you
>>157640436He’ll be 33 in four years. At that age, unless you’re a CF, CB, or GK, you probably shouldn’t expect too much.So if we’re talking about four years from now, this is probably more realistic than OP’s lineup.
>>157640078i dunno, until a team from outside of europe or south america makes a world cup final i cant take them as a dangerous team. korea, japan, USA, i feel like these three always get hyped up as threats then lose in the first knockout round almost every time. for the asian ones people will say its about genetics or whatever but i think its the managers. how are these asian players always underperforming when they can look good in top leagues? well they dont have european managers and are forced to use the tactics from these asian managers or sometimes managers that no european team would want. you can have great ingredients but if your chef is retarded or using a cookbook from 50 years ago its probably not going to make a good dish. the koreans have realised this and started to shit on their managers, now they need to take the step to replace them with proper ones. but im not sure if its the japanese way to question authority as much as korea does, and would prefer to stay in this loop. maybe this is wrong though.
>>157640653>how are these asian players always underperforming when they can look good in top leagues?Because they're not world class players, they're just decent players at a European top 5 league level. Korea's best player won the UCL but was just a backup in a star-studded team, Japan have a bunch of these squad players in top leagues/clubs but none of them are necessarily world class level. Same problem with us, Pulisic won the UCL with Chelsea some time ago but he's not someone you can rely on to carry a team against Bayern or PSG. It's also why the good African teams fuck off in a world cup round of 16 like Ivory Coast and Egypt. For a national team to break into that contender stage, they need a football heritage and the sport must be a relevant sport in the national consciousness so that they can consistently develop player after player across decades so that one day stars align and maybe they can consistently make a world cup semifinal or final like Croatia as an obvious example.
>>157640078Try winning asian cup first, you lot havent won it for 15 years
>>157640733The other problem is that the sport is very eurocentric at this point in time due to history. Oil states, corporate firms ran by billionaires and hedge funds have helped keep Europe's top 5 leagues relevant by pouring tens of billions into European football and keep their infrastructure world class. Because of this wealth, Europe attracts all the talent around the globe meaning other non-UEFA leagues can never catch up unless these same firms and billionaires decide that other non-UEFA markets are worth pursuing and divest from the old continent. There are only 3-5 markets where this is even possible (USA, Mexico, China as major market opportunities), the rest are too third-worldy to matter. We'll see how the sport's landscape looks like in the next 30-50 years. FIFA desperately wants to divest from Europe and invest in the sport outside of it too. When non-UEFA leagues have access to European level of capital to keep those leagues competitive relative to UEFA, many non-UEFA national teams will benefit and see more national teams develop to compete at the world cup.
>>157640078look like they could be top of the table in the spl
You will only win if you hire Big Ange.
I so dearly want Japan to be a massive contender. They're the only other team I cheer for other than the USA. Best of luck developing your boys.
>>157640736Honestly, if we could withdraw from the Asian Cup, I’d rather we just did. Most of our national team players are based in European leagues, so they have to leave their clubs right in the middle of the season. That alone is already a burden on them, and then on top of that they have to go all out against a bunch of Asian farmers and risk getting injured. And since this tournament affects the FIFA rankings, we can’t exactly half-ass it and get knocked out in the first round either. This garbage tournament literally offers us nothing.
>>157640078All these guys already reached their ceiling except for Suzuki
>>157640945Beta mindset, NGMI
>>157641169The Sano brothers have more potential than Suzuki.Especially the older brother. If he hadn’t been arrested on suspicion of a sex offense, he probably would’ve moved to Bayern or a big Premier League club this summer.
>>157640653>question authority as much as korea doesKorea, the country that changed aviation forever because of a refusal to question authority.
>>157640078It's a good team with excellent morale and tactical discipline, Japan has made impressive strides when it comes to player depth. There have been many new Japanese players arriving in the top leaguesBut still, these players usually are more or less average in these leagues. That line-up impresses no top nation, and I say this as a fan of Sano, for example. So don't expect too much. Yeah, quarterfinals might be doable if the team has a good day and doesn't have to face any favorites right away, but they are not guaranteed at all to get that farStill, you are doing fine for sure
>>157640457>>157640477Serious question: why do chuds think most people are also chuds? You do realize only you guys are obsessed with race, right?
>>157642001Lol go onto any social media, threads/IG whatever and see the endless posts of WHYTE PEEPO BAD WYTE PEEPO MAYONAISE KILL WYTE PEEPO from blacks, sneaky asians trying to twerk for blacks and mentally unstable white liberals.EVERYONE IS OBSSESSED W RACE
