Is he actually elite?
>>
>>157640582
it was easy to succeed at Burnley, bayern was always going to be the true test and he's passed with flying colours
>>
>>157640582
No, he's just a manager coaching Buyernwinslol
>>
lol no
>>
>>157640582
yes
I was very skeptical, but he’s objectively the best coach Bayern had since Heynckes
>>
>>157640582
I'll rate him when he wins the CL
>>
>>157640582
The Assassin of Augsburg
>>
too dogmatic like Flick. not good for tournaments.
>>
>>157640701
He got Burnley relegated from the Premier League. It’s easy to do well in the Championship with them, but surely a good manager would have finished 17th or higher.
>>
>>157640582
this is how I dress while I blast crazy flog at full volume in public places
>>
>>157645352
you’re not just born as a good manager. he made the mistake of trying to play pro-active football with a team whose quality was not good enough to do so considering the competition they had. but he learned from that mistake and that’s precisely what makes him a good manager
>>
>>157645395
>He had a team of shit players
>He played tactics that didn’t work for them at all
>Now he has learnt from his mistake
>Now he has a team with the best players in the league
What a visionary!
>>
>>157640582
Carried by Kane
>>
>>157645424
Well Bayern wouldnt pick him up if he was that bad would they?
>>
>>157645424
>Now he has a team with the best players in the league
He hasn't that Bayern team is at best above average. The only world class in the team is Diaz and Kane. He managed to integrate young players like Karl well into the team so that's a big plus for me.
Overall I would rate him as a good manger that is even pushing above his weight.
>>
>>157640582
No, he's quite an average shitter. Much like he was as a player.
>>
Any random /sp/artan could win the bundes with Bayern
>>
>>157646493
true, all it needs is confident communication with the media
>>
>>157640582
Bundesliga with Bayern is essentially a roided trannny dude with a dick competing in the female special olympics.
>>
If this fraud can succeed with Bayern, it puts a question on Guardiola's legacy as a manager
>>
>>157640582
>Suicidal high line bordering on schizophrenia
100% elite
>>
>>157640582
First coach since Pep to get a contract extension, I think hes very good.
A much more accomplished coach like Tuchel finished behind Alonso and Hoeneß before him.
>>
>>157640701
>get instantly relegated
>success !
Managing Buyern is the second easiest job in the world.
The easiest is managing Barca.
>>
>>157650540
it's actually hard work to play like barca or bayern, you have to be tactically impeccable to play like that, with courage, it requires constant focus and fitness. it's far harder than playing "normally" and hope that your technique and speed is enough to win you games.
>>
The best coach in the world should be able to beat >Schalke
>>
>>157650589
>"give Kane the ball"
>tactically impeccable
You just KNOW he will be exposed as a hack on his next job and will fumble the next belgian golden generation, whenever it comes.
>>
>>157650589
it's hard work for the players, the manager does nothing
>tactically impeccable
all that intense high press nonsense only works when your players are super fit, the only tactic is relying on elite attacking players to make something happen
>>
a literal ape could win the bundesliga with bayern
oh wait
>>
his playstyle is interesting, his positional play is extreme but it works with the players he has at his disposal. Against Dortmund there was a scene where Kane played as a centerback in build up. But as usual this doesnt lend itself very well in tournaments where you play elite teams, additionally Bayern has a weak back 4, which also gets exposed against teams like PSG.
I can't see him winning a CL but i'm also not sure if anyone else would win a CL with Bayern rn.
>>
Hard to rate him tacrically since Bayern win their games mainly through individual quality. I know people here don't watch them and think Bayern just cruise through the league but you can see they struggle a lot whenever Kane and Olise get benched and they always have to come on to save the team. But Kompany must be a good man manager since there's little unrest in the team which us unusual for Bayern (getting rid of toxic players like Müller and Goretzka helped).
>>
>>157640701
Wow winning the bundes with bayern. They've only done that in half the seasons since the competition started.
>>
>>157650837

Kane and Olise seem like model professionals son imagine it's easier than trying to wrangle the Real Madrid dressing room for example
>>
>>157640582
He's a Championship tier manager.
>>
I have won the Bundesliga with Buyern.
>>
>>157645321
Except Flick won CL with Bayern

>He got Burnley relegated from the Premier League.
He was the one who got them there the year before, innit?
>>
name one elite black manager in history of football. here is your answer.
>>
>>157640582
Modern head "coach" of a big team is literally vibecoder of football. You have an army of assistants, scouts, analysts, sport directors, rehabs or some shit already do something for you, all you have to do is submit or not (in some cases you don't even have powers to do so) literally club's mascot.

You guys are being disingenuous.
They had 2 hyped german coaches before him and they couldn't do shit with Bayern, he actually restored them to being a formidable side in Europe while playing good football and not choking their domestic league. You can't just sit there and say anyone can do it because we have literally seen people not do it.
>>
>>157650978
Richard Dombi...
>>
>>157650865
Only half? That is genuinely the most surprising thing in this thread.
>>
>>157651045
>couldn't do shit
Except win the league minus one season when Leverkusen had a historically remarkable run while Bayern ended on a point tally that would have won any of the past 10 years.
Kompany is a hack.
>>
>>157651098
>Except win the league minus one season
You also should remember they almost lost the league before on the last day but Dortmund choked hard. The Leverkusen season they were dogshit regardless.
The last few years Bayern have been one of UCL favourites while prior were dismissed as washed up.
Keep coping
>>
>>157651098
Bayern landed on 3rd place with Tuchel, behind fucking Stuttgart. Unter Nagelsmann it took Dortmund choking last match day to win it.
Kompany is a young but very good coach, thats fact.

Speaking of Bayern, did they even sign anyone of significance this summer? I forgot about them
>>
>>157651098
>historically remarkable run
led by the dfl and lots of rigging. 6 consecutive matches the opponents got redcarded vs 'kusen in late winter / early spring in their championship season, besides lots of questionable decisions.
>>
It it's so easy why couldn't Tuchel do it
>>
>>157651219
Bayern's dressing room is a snake pit
they eat autists like that alive
my question is why Carlo got couped so quickly and Kompany has them eating out of his hand. similar type of aura farming managers
>>
>>157652166
spiritually speaking, a German club's locker room is closer to an overrated brownie than to a thinking white man
