Not yet, Özil was probably a top 10 player in the world at his best.
Güler is seriously good, arguably a top 5 player on the entire team, but hes a few years removed from reaching that level.
That being said I rate him. If I could keep only one player on the squad he would be my third choice after Jude and Mbappe
