About the only thing I would like to see added to the current college system is transfer fees for players. Something like 10-25% of whatever the player is getting to transfer. Coaches already have buyouts, but I don't know if most of their staff do. Having a little money flowing back to the team the player is transferring from would help a lot. A few years of good transfers and you could start keeping a few key pieces or being able to get even more money for them. It would also make many of these smaller schools sports programs profitable. Especially if they do it for multiple sports.
