College football started to allow drinking at games where I live and the question of whether over consumption would imcrease was publicly debated. For us, it seems that there is way less pre-gaming (drinking extra to account for being dry for 3 hours) and not as much drinking during the game as you'd think because it is not very easy to leave your seat get in a long line and come back. But the stadium is large and the distance to beer is not close
