>Ruins your football career in your peak Lmao what a waste
That just means he'd need to go on a regular transfer instead of becoming a de-facto free agent if Man City gets relegated.I am sure nobody would want to buy him at a discounted rate.
Imagine if we stayed at Dortmund. Would have been better for the football universe
>>157904902Haaland to Bayern probably
>>157904902>relegationIs this really happening? Would be a kino.
nothing ever happens, they've been cockteasing this 115 charges thingy for like six years now
>>157905077Is this a real, or more of a rhetoric question? Because the difference between "me and the lads know he bumped my car", "there is a surveilance camera that filmed the incident" and "the car insurance report attributes fault to the other car and I am due financial compensation" should be fairly obvious, no?
>>157904902They'd be forced to sell him if they got relegated because theyd get bumfucked by EFL financial regs paying a player £600k per week
>>157905054It's almost certainly happening and very likely their premiership wins are voided
>>1579050773-4 years is normal for a trial despite the trail itself not taking long there is a lot of document review, interviews and evidence gathering you have to doWere we are at now: we just got the judgement from the 12-week hearing that was held in front of a three-person independent commission at the International Dispute Resolution Centre in London.City plans to appeal. Any appeal would be heard by a new three-person commission appointed under Premier League rules.Previous appeals brought by Nottingham Forest, Everton and Leicester City took anywhere between six weeks and three months to reach a verdict.Given the sheer scale of Manchester City's charges, it is conceivable that their appeal could prove lengthier than those three cases.
>>157905296That's assuming there's anything to appeal, they could pull some legal mental gymnastics to put something together but it wouldn't take long to dismiss. also those clubs you mentioned all cooperated and came clean, City haven't so they're double fucked
>>157905335Listening to a lawyer on talksport he said city cant appeal the "facts" of the findings, they can only appeal around the process and how long it took, so it's unlikely to have any kind of significant impact
>>157905346The appeal is basically asking for a legal review of the trail to make sure it was all done legally City is going to have to argue these:Gross Unfairness or Procedural Irregularity: Demonstrating that the independent commission failed to act fairly, or that there was a major procedural error during the hearings.Misconduct or Bias: Showing that an arbitrator or member of the panel acted with misconduct or lacked independence.Error of Law: Arguing that the commission misapplied or misinterpreted the Premier League’s own rulebook or wider legal principles when reaching its conclusion.Irrationality / Perversity: Arguing that no reasonable panel could have arrived at the same conclusion based on the facts provided.Proportionality of Sanctions: Once penalties (e.g., fines, points deductions, or expulsion) are decided, City can appeal the severity or fairness of the punishment itself.
Why would he leave nobody else is going to match his salary and he won everything alreadyAnyways they are not going to get relegated for not showing their books and the FFP was a guide line at that time and not a rule20 mil fine case closed
>>157905763By all accounts Haaland 's dream is to play for Real Madrid and he's told all his coaches that at every level
>>157905813this
>>157905296The current legal process IS the appeal. They cannot appeal beyond this.
>>157904902imagine the statpadding
>relegatesjust more goals for goaalandsimple as
>>157905281>voided so what? thats just a name on a ledger. noone considers that inter won championships just because the law says juventus didnt win
>>157906720>he doesn't respect the *
How many goals does Haaland score against AFC Liverpool (Affordable Football Club Liverpool)
>>157905561The PL should give them an ultimatum, take the charges now or face even harsher ones if they try and draw it out with appeals.>Take charges nowAll titles void, 2 year transfer ban and a 50 point deduction>Draw it out with appealsAll titles void, 3 year transfer ban and a 50 point deduction for 3 straight years
>>157905561were are you getting all this info from? based on pl rules city only have 14 days to appeal and the appeal needs to be resolved within 12 weeks
>>157904977Who's "we" you fucking cunt? Are you his agent?
>>157905296>3-4 years is normal for a trialWhy, the length of the process undermines the whole point of it. They should just put me in charge. It would all be sorted out in 30 minutes and I'll do it for 10% of whatever it costs now.
>>157904902Yeah but the contract was definitely made with fraud from Man City so it is immediately invalidated under common law. He's already free. He's actually laughing, though he needs to sue them for compensation because he's not gonna get money from the contract otherwise.
>>157905296He could also just ignore them and join another club and pretend there is no contract. Then deal with the trial later if Man City gets an injunction or something. But they know the contract is invalidated so that might be unlikely.Though they might challenge the charges, which could cause issues to Haarland if he does this. But if he gets decent lawyers, he should be ok. It doesn't seem that complicated of a situation 2bh.
Here's the thing, he could just leave england. And a lot of his problems would just "vanish".Unless he has to play in England again, which could cause issues. Or a country with a treaty that would make this pointless and dangerous.
>>157905763>nobody else is going to match his salaryno one else can pay him ~$27m a year? that doesn't seem right.
>>157904902I imagine they have some sort of mechanism that would allow him to leave for another City Group team.
>>157909829Literally top 3 best player in the world and they can’t afford 30m a yr? Man these soccer leagues are poor as shit
>>157915114Lmao
>they don't knowHaaland is ride or die with City. He will be there whatever happens.
>>157904902Nothing ever happens. A big 6 club like City brings in too much money to get slapped with a relegation.
>its ok>it will be fine >nothing happens >it will just be money >maybe some points>it will be fun in lower leagues >more goals, unbeaten season >we will bounce right back >we can just continue to cheat
>>157921192Theres really no option but to rellie at this point. The premier league have noticed the winds of change anyway. Customers are moving away from clubs and towards individual players, more people are supporting their locals. The dominance era is over.
None of the City players will have relegation clauses. Why would they
>>157905054Not this season no. They should at least get points deducted at the start of any new season, or as we all hope relegation.
>>157923491why not? martial got a ballon d'or clause
>>157918932>promotional photoHe won't be riding into the Championship with them if that's what you're thinking>>157923491Because when you know you're inevitably going to get busted for being some of the shadiest sandniggers around you're not going to give your players such an easy out like that
>>157918932Bring him home.
>>157924081>Arsenal were already wearing Fly Emirates o their kits when Haaland was a kidGod I'm old
>>157924086The deal came about when they built their new stadium, so 20 years now.
>>157909364I agree with this guy, elect him as president of the United States
>>157906720You're talking to a completely delusional arselel customer, a type that is heavily overrepresented on this board.
>>157905054
>>157905202What exactly is this thing about anyway? Why would they be relagated? Qrd please
>>157905054Nothing ever happens
>>157927486Man City have been found guilty of 114 out of 115 of their charges for spending too much money and buying the league, plus refusing to help with the investigation, plus committing actual accounting fraud which is a proper crime. So now, we’re all speculating about what their punishment might be. It’s theoretically possible that they might get forcibly relegated, but I personally don’t think that will happen.
>>157908608I’ve had sex on two of those pitches kek
EFL won't accept them. They will get relegated so hard the only way you'll be able to watch any match highlights of their games is via their Youtube channel.
>>157939069with men?
Why would they be automatically relegated? Only 7 of their charges are punishable with point deductions. They are of the same nature as Everton's when they had 6 pointd deducted, so they should be fairly punished with -42 points. That would hurt their chances of staying in the EPL, but they could still pull it off. -42 points would relegate 25/26 City, but not 24/25 City, for example.
>>157904902Haaland is the Premier League's only genuine world class talent and Man City play the best football in the Premier League now that Liverpool and Man United and Chelsea and Spurs are all washed and Arsenal plays dull haramball. Without City there is no reason to watch EPL games because you know Arsenal is going to win and none of the other teams are entertaining. Relegating them would kill the league.
They’re not getting relegated
>>157941865The only world class players outside of the prem are Rodri, Yamal, Courtois, Cucurella, Mbappé, Upamecano, Olisé, Kane and Dembélé. Anyone else outside of the EPL is a shitter
>>157924151>ARSENALARSENALARSENALmindbroken paki customer still butthurt from last year not knowing most of the stripped titles are going to united/liverpool
>>157942016>Cucurella>Upamecano>World ClassLOL. LMAO even.
>>157904902come to MLSmatter of fact just put MCFC in MLS already, their spot is being kept warm by another City Group """""club"""""
>>157904977Imagine if more players stayed where they came from in general.
>>157905054They are gonna start in negative points next season and still will win the treble
>>157939069How long did it take the guy to cum?
I don't really care about Haaland, but what does this all mean for my boy Cavan?
>>157942016If the EPL were so elite, then EPL teams would dominate the UCL, European championships, Ballon d'ors and the English national team would have 4 stars by now.The EPL is an overrated, bankrupt, and corrupt shitshow that appeals only to 12 y.o. and clueless English-speaking bystanders.
>>157943017if everything goes well for him, City will be at a suitable level for his skill when he gets there
>>157940348>>157942957Eyyyy you hear what they said?No but in all seriousness I play for euxton villa and fucked my now ex gf on the pitch after a summer gameTwo assists as well in the game
>>157946920>Two assists as well in the gameblimey did she come on as a substitute?
>>157946974I also love a good sub who's into public sex
>>157904902When has a no clause ever stopped a player from moving? Players demand transfers all the time and it's never any trouble.
>>157924086Should be JVC
remember when QPR's Djibril Cisse joined in with the Man City players after that 3-2 result in the 2011/12 season? i thought that was odd.also when Dzeko scored the equaliser in that game, the QPR players booted the ball into the Man City half at the restart, and bid the home team to attack. i thought that was odd too.
A good lawyer would easily get him out of that given the circumstances, and City wouldn't contest since they're already buried in legal trouble and wouldn't want to add another battle to the pile
>>157946974No but I cum’d on her substiTITS
>>157924081I don't know the context of this photo but when I played football as a kid in a backwater village we had this humiliation ritual where all teams in our "league" (scores and points were not actually recorded) would be named after English clubs. There was Liverpool, Chelsea, Leeds, Tottenham and United in our division. I played on Chelsea and since the coach was a die hard fan he bought Chelsea kits for all the players. There was only 1 kid on our team that was actual Chelsea fan and it was the son of the coach...
>>157947879It does look like he's being forced to wear an Arsenal kit. Even though Arsenal is very well supported in Norge.
>>157904902Calm down lad. A fat fine and a transfer embargo are in order. Also throw in a 30point deduction just for the lulz. That's it
>>157947310Haaland is young, he should have a Dreamcast kit
>>157924086I lost my virginity in JVC/SEGA kit
>oh noes the Arsenal shirt lets me know I'm old!lmao shut the fuck up you childish faggot.
>>157948232nta but you are a fat little faggot
>>157924110They were playing at Highbury not much more than a decade ago.
>>157908649They should start over in the bottom division and not be allowed to spend more than 1 million per year in salaries.
