I think the Pads can beat the Cubs. Actually looking at the season series, the cubs only had the advantage because they faced the padres during their low point. The only starter they faced still on the roster is Buehler, and all these games happened in the first half of the season, which the Pads were terrible(the petco series was before Tatis even hit a home run).
