What do you think is a FAIR punishment for Man City?
>>
drop them to league 2, 3-year transfer ban.
>>
>>157976498
no more haaland
>>
Rape.
>>
expelled from PL, that's the baseline.
EFL won't accept them on "fit and proper" guidelines plus their blown out wage bill. none of their players will want to stay, they will have to sell anyway because of the legal bills from clubs who were cheated. they currently rent their stadium, so they will need a new home. they will end up in non-league with nothing.
not sure if the PL wants to strip them of titles because other orgs would be doing that too.
>>
>>157976532
wanna know how i know you're a arsenal/man utd/liverpool fan?
>>
Transfer bans, a huge fine that will subsidie the 19 clubs and force an ownership change just like (((they))) did against Chelsea.
Let them keep the trophies and stay in the league.
>>
>>157976551
"no one should be allowed to buy players but me"
>>
>>157976498
fine the ownership £1 bil, force them to sell and pay the balance of the fine out of the sale price of the club. give the fine proceeds to every club who was in the PL in the years in question, adjusted based on how many years that club was in the PL. vacate the titles (don't award them to 2nd place) and criminally indict the executives involved.
>>
>>157976551
i support millwall
>>
Relegation + 2 year ban from prem, 3 year transfer ban plus 2 years of some sort of limit. Force ownership sale. Haaland has to go to Bournemouth.
>>
>>157976498
Club needs to be completely dissolved. The 3 fans they have will be devastated.
>>
- 235 pts and relegation
>>
>>157976580
you could also increase the fine but it would ofc be arbitrated in court. the goal of the fine is to make it a fiscal loss for the ownership. as it is if you add up all the capital investment they've still potentially made a profit on the purchase of the club once they sell it for billions. discourage anyone else from doing this by nuking them financially.
>>
>>157976551
It's hilarious seeing all these boomers from dead clubs seething kek
>>
>>157976784
you surely don't think arsenal are a dead club do you fatlad? they won the league last year.
>>
renamed to Woman Town
>>
Removal from the pyramid altogether, have to re-enter at the 10th tier

+750 points for making that shit league halfway interesting.
>>
Guard of honor and a symbolic PL trophy for Liverpool next home game
>>
For misreporting investment as revenue? I'd say a good sharp BRUTAL slap right on the back of the wrist. No messing around. Show them they mean business.

demotion for arseanal
>>
Owners forced to sell, one-off huge points deduction that sends the down next year. Let them keep their titles and don't send them down to League Two. Let them start again with new owners in the Championship.
>>
Leave them with the trophies. All of them have asterisks now anyway so they're irrelevant.

85 point deduction for this season

If EFL are willing to accept them then they agree with the PL to 50 point deduction for the following 3 years each.

If not then non League can have them.

If they can stay afloat for the three years in the championship without going down then that's punishment enough. Financially the entire club would be gutted and parachute payments are done by then. They'd have to rebuild it which feels fitting, given that everything it has been built to now is built on cheating.

>should of
>>
>>157976498
City
>relegated to 6th tier or the very bottom of the pyramid. In case of the former, further promotion restrictions may be necessary
>upon return to professional football: transfer ban lasting multiple years
>all titles voided
>basically every possession of the club seized so that no future owner can buy them for cheap and make a quick buck
City’s owners
>lose the club without any return
>may never own a club again in England and hopefully all of UEFA
>pay a fee of like a 100 million plus whatever the damages were
>>
>>157977648
Points deductions just cheapen the league for everyone
Games just become a pointless appointment
>>
>>157977699
I would disagree. Every team would be trying to hammer another nail in the coffin.
>>
>>157976498
demote them to sunday leauge
>>
>>157976816
Kek
>>
Force them to do some sort of financial fair play breach acknowledgement before every match like the Australians do
>>
>>157976895
in my cunterry, teams can 'buy' a spot in the league from another club.

buy smaller club, rename, continue. Miraculously, this has only been used for historically much loved clubs, so far
>>
>>157976530
Forcefull Giga-GRIDS-Gaping of everyone who has ever had anything to do with the club employment-wise?
>>
drop them as far down as possible. 30 points deduction per year of cheating and the government force the owners to sell up. simple
>>
remove all their titles
>>
>>157976498
Huge points deduction this season that essentially relegates them for a season
>>
>>157976784
2 of those dead clubs have more recent league titles than man cheaty
>>
>>157976498
Man City, Man U, Liverpool, and Arsenal should all be disbanded as clubs. Then maybe England can have a real league without the cheaters or the pampered teams who ban all competition so they can win.
>>
>>157976498
Pay haaland 1500€/month
>>
>>157976498
>3 consecutive seasons of -100 point out the gate, applied this season
>3 year transferban
>strip the titles and void the trophies
>some stupid sum of money to all the affected clubs, enough to matter in the transfermarket.
If they run it well theyll make it back to the prem
>>
-50 points for three seasons in a row. That’s enough that they are likely to be relegated, but could still stay up if they play really well. It would make their season incredibly exciting. Do it multiple seasons in a row so that if they never stay up, they’ll wind up in League Two, but if they win a lot, they could theoretically stay in the Premier League for their entire punishment.

We also need to fine the owners £50m per team, per season of cheating (so £50m x 19 x 8?? = £9.6bn) and then give that money to every team they faced in the league at any point. Plus another £100m for grassroots football investment.

Obviously stripped of all titles, thats the bare minimum
relegation to third tier or so should happen as well
>>
>>157981091
10 POINTS AWAY FROM EVERTON!
>>
>>157976498
relegated to the nations league, stripped of all titles, forced ownership change
>>
>>157976498
Ejected from all comps for the season, effective at the closure of the international window. Season's results against Man City vacated for their opponents to date. Norwich's loss in the EFL Cup now treated as a walkover win for them, advancing in City's place. Redraw held for City's UCL group stage opponents including Porto who get an extra match. Final PL season total 15 points
watch as a team finishes with less somehow
Retroactive titles are allowed to stand on the condition that City forfeits all prize money since 2010.

>>157976532
This. Tottenham Hotspurt was RIGHT THERE, but those fucking ARABS denied our boys the silverware. For shame!

5 year transfer ban and 20 point deducted 5 seasons in a row, no need for anything more than that to be honest
>>
A walk of shame like in game of thrones
Poop Guardiola leads and he`s followed by the owner
>>
>>157989754
20 is not nearly enough for ruining a decade of football history
>>
>Relegation
>VOID trophies
>5 year transfer ban
>throw away the owners
>1 pound fine
>>
>>157976784
Yes, watching City "fans" trying to act tough while completely shitting their panties over what they like everyone else all knew was true, but never believed they'd actually get done for, is incredibly funny.
>>
All English clubs banned from Europe for five years, Man City can be banned for six to make it fair.
>>
Retrieve Premier league reward money for each season and divide it between the other Premier league clubs and parachute payments for regelated teams.

Retrieve European reward money and given to the teams that finish 5th, 6th, 7th for each season.

Strip any trophies won.

Relegation to the National League

Transfer ban for 5 years

Sponsorship ban for 5 years.

Criminal investigation for fraud.

Investigate Andy Burnham for allowing the owners to sportswash Manchester

Review into Middle Eastern money into sports
>>
>>157976498
Expel from the English pyramid, force them to play in the Welsh league
>>
>>157976530
this is not cricket, rajesh
>>
The cheating is egregious but the rules are unjust. They effectively forbid an owner from investing in their own team, and they are designed to keep the best teams great forever at the expense of all of the other clubs.
>>
>>158002056
I agree but there is a difference in wanting to compete and skew the numbers to win a trophy, another is to completely cook the books and dominate for 10 years. If they did it between 08 and 12 and then fell back into mediocrity, I don't think anyone would be calling for a title to be stripped, they would get a fine, a 20 points deduction and a transfer ban.
>>
>>158002056
>an owner from investing in their own team
Teams shouldn't have owners. That's the main fucking problem. Teams should be run by club members.
>>
>>157976503
You look at precedent and minimum 40 point deduction
Strip the titles
Pay a fine
Find a better way to cheat
Dominate the Premier League 2028-2040
>>
The owners should be banned from european football for life. They made blatant and repeated attempts to hide large scale financial fraud and FFP cheating. Then they show zero accountability and fight at every stage. The owners then threaten legal action out of spite. And now the owners are threatening the government by saying they won't invest in the country anymore. They're scum. Blackmail, fraud, frivolous lawsuits. It's all objectively wrong, wastes our time and resources and for what? So they can continue cheating? There is a major culture divide there. We don't behave like that in Britain or even Europe. Values like fairness and accountability are very important to us.

They also own large stakes of our infrastructure, which includes water utilities that have been repeatedly fined for pumping raw shit into our rivers because it's cheaper than building adequate infrastructure. Their 'investments' do not benefit us as a nation. So jettison the pigs our of our economy.

The nuking of Manchester.
>>
Every season they played and every point they earned was tainted.
Therefore points deductions for 9 seasons or whatever the investigation period was, to the tune of however many points they won in each consecutive season. To be carried out in whatever division they find themselves in.
