Even in the joking manner of this thread I can't think of many examples because Man City were never 'the guy' even in the seasons where they "won" (i.e. cheated). Man United was 'the guy' in 2012, Liverpool in 2014, and then Liverpool/Arsenal for most of the time since then, even Spurs briefly.
