Five innings later, another foul ball landed right in dad's lap. He kept it that time.
Those are the only two foul balls he ever caught in 60 years of attending baseball games.

Do you see a lot of people bringing their own gloves to MLB games these days? I saw it a lot when I went to as a kid in the 90s. Personally I've only brought my glove to a minor league game one time, I don't know if it would have done any good because I didn't keep it on most at bats.
