any easy to use video editor? I'm doing short intro videos for a game out of ww2 footage. I was using microsoft's video editor (comes with windows 10) but is very simple when cutting scenes, can't accurately select a few seconds from a clip, I think the minimum is like 0.30s then it jumps to 4.63sec fucking bullshit.
