As for your question, I use SkyboxVR, the only thing you can do with the subtitles is change the size, afaik. It's also the only program I found that played subtitle files over SMB (windows shared folders). But I didn't look that hard, I just picked the first app that worked.

URVRSP-277 is a great scene with good intimate acting.

It is paid but if you look for it you can get it for free easily. You need a decently beefy computer to run it smoothly. What browser even works for streaming VR stuff on Quest 2 nowadays anyway? Firefox Reality was the only one that worked properly, with full 180 vision, but support for that ended a long time ago. Every other browser either doesn't do proper 180-vision (like you get with local files in Skybox VR or Heresphere) or has awful quality (only the stock Quest browser will do what Firefox Reality did, but it's always in low-quality (720p-ish), no matter what settings you use.

The only way it works now is with the DeoVR browser on sites like ePorner or PornTrex, and selecting the option to download. It'll then work like it should, as if it's streaming. But it has no adblock, and relies on a site that lets you download the videos (astalavr only allows a download option if you pay monthly, only a few VR streaming sites have a download option).

Maybe I need to re-explain myself. In the old Firefox Reality browser, I could just click on the video and it would load as a full VR video immediately, where you can look around, like pic related at the top (in Deo VR). It would stream the video, you could skip ahead, skip backwards, etc. Every other browser I've tried, before and since, simply loads VR videos as a 2D object in front of you (pic related bottom, ePorner in fullscreen), like you're in a cinema. There's no VR immersion, you cannot look around, etc.

The ONLY way I've gotten any other browser to do this is by clicking 'download' and then the quality selection. It then transitions to the full immersive VR scene where you can look around. It still works like it's streaming - you can skip ahead and backwards immediately like before - but it actually is downloading the videos. After a few weeks, my Quest will hit the storage limit and I have to clear the app cache.

I've tried YouTube VR videos, sometimes they work and sometimes they don't, when you just click play. I'm sure there must be a setting I'm missing, it shouldn't be this awkward to stream off these sites.

Thank you for the req! I use the app from swapface.org, you can get 10 free video-swap per day, unlimited time. It has a built in rotation help option, which helps out with head rotation somewhat. If there is a scene where the head movements are too wide and the app loose the tracking of the face, I just cut the result video later to clean up occasional jittery or other face errors. ALSO, I recommend to use pornstarbyface.com when looking up for similiar faces. Upload your face, and the page will list you acresses with similiar face stuctures, with face and name, so you can search 'em up and look for suitable scenes.
Its not perfect, but it can lead to good results. What I do now these days is, I search up a good scene : perfect eye contact, well lit, clean face with no hair in the way(ponytail, or just short) and body similiar to the person I want to make deep fake of(this is more of a personal preference, helps with immersion), then I cut out a short 10 second missionary scene, where her face is frontal, and perfectly visible. Then I do a quick swap, and check for actual compatiblity. If the face matches relatively well for my satisfaction, I do a complete 5-6 minute short video, which takes about 30-40 minutes for the app to complete. Then I cut/clean it with capcut, and save the end result. Do note, the app need online connection, as you need to upload your faces into a cloud, but the videos/pictures you make are saved locally only.

about your workflow: i'm amazed it takes so little time to do vr faceswaps. for me i have to compile the suitable scenes from the original video where the face is not looking away or too far near the edge of the frame;
then mask out unnecessary faces in after effects (for vr it's less necessary);
then output the compilation into 25 second clips per each eye (to fit my limited vram);
then feed them into comfyui and wait. it takes about 30 minutes per clip on my old gtx;
then i take the results, add them back to after effects, remove the masked people, and render final.

even with two machines, it takes about an hour per minute, but the main perk is that it's completely offline, nothing is uploaded anywhere.

one more question for you, do you get weird contorted faceswaps when the face is too high in the frame (for vr that is).
