I just learned a few things about PDFs:
1. Fonts can be standard or embedded. WTF. Does that mean if a PDF is readable depends on my computer having certain fonts? Does that affect the longevity of files? Can fonts be pulled from the internet (I do not want that)
2. Javascript in PDFs? When I leftclick>properties on my Linux/Arch/Gnome PC it says PDFs can contain Javascript. WTF. I do not want that.

Are there like... opensource tools to "cleanup" PDFs from all sorts of these things?
