Which book do you mostly use or which is considered the best book for rolling scenarios and ideas? I mostly use Maze Rats.
>>96442820traveller for sure, you have a table for everything that you would need and as many for stuff you would never need
Oh you meant the books, not the physical table.I like the Tome of Adventure Design, Tome of World Building, and Nomicon.
I have no idea if you mean random tables or books on world building but knave 2e has a ton of neat random tables in it.
>>96442820The only game I play and relies on extensive tables is Pirate Borg.I just don't get the appeal. If I want to come up with something randomly, I just do. Why the fuck I would consult three d100 tables for that, wasting so much fucking time for repetitive outcomes?
>>96449552>Pirate Borgwhat
>>96449858NTA but pirate borg is a mork borg-like, but about being pirates/privateers and fighting other pirates and zombies and naval combat and stuff. Its pretty neat, and has a lot of cool tables to boot.
