This is a VERY old variant sheet of the classic "fantasy civilization" game that is common on the /qst/ board, but instead of fantasy, it is DBZ. In my high school days, I attempted to run a game based off of it, but it went through the classic shutter downward spiral of being too busy to keep track of the game; along with the fact I was not really organized with how the game was supposed to be. I'm sharing this in hope that it might take off for other people. A fanmade love letter to DBZ.
