Given, that gods in fantasy settings (mainly FR), actually exist and feed their followers their powers - how is it possible, church dogma would differ from gods values?

Example are Helmites, going full genocide in Maztica. If gods are present and know the shit, their followers are pulling off, Helm should take aways followers powers immediately.

The vast majority of people believe those things are both true in the real world. Why would it be strange in a fantasy world?

Gods communicate more directly and manifest their powers so the dogma would differ less than in real world.

Its almost like fantasy gods arent omniscient, omnipresent or omnipotent

Because despite being real and present and with agendas and direct interest in the world, most fantasy settings want to have their cake by making the gods unresponsive in order to avoid having to answer why the god doesn't show up to get their own shit done.

Depends on what setting. Which is?

Their chief is Crom. He dwells on a great mountain. What use to call on him? Little he cares if men live or die. Better to be silent than to call his attention to you; he will send you dooms, not fortune! He is grim and loveless, but at birth he breathes power to strive and slay into a man's soul. What else shall men ask of the gods

Helm is a LN deity in a setting where orc genocide was previously a LG action, and where he lost greater deity status just by pimpslapping Mystra's avatar when she tried to sneak past him for those tablets in the time of trouble
Gonna go out on a limb and say Helm doesn't disagree with his followers' actions

He literally told you what setting in the OP, sperg. Try playing some games so you know what words mean for next time.

In Helm's case it's by being dead.

Maybe it works by Discworld rules where the gods are lazy jerks who don't like to get involved so eventually people believe more in the religion than the god themself and maybe the magical powers they get from it are actually from the religious community's collective psychic energy or something.

That hasn't been a thing for what, 3 editions?

Only Paladins and Rangers could fall and lose their powers in a codified way that I can recall. It would make sense if Priest classes had a rule where if they contravened their ethos they'd lose their powers too but I can't ever remember reading it, although I admit I didn't read very deeply into all the material. I don't think I've ever read any Priest class book cover to cover.

FR is not a setting. It's just random kitchen sink slop with no coherent voice.
