Will i be a social outcast as a Tiefling, if i live in setting X? Will some weird fucks try to harvest my blood or sacrifice me on a altar or some shit if im Aasimar in setting Y? What does Tiefling oppression even look like?You want to play a character who doesn't get to roleplay because all the NPCs don't want to be associated with literal devil spawn? Constantly getting insulted and chased out of every town? Aasimar. Tieflings have the +2 dex +2 int that I'd love to have, as those are my best stats irl, BUT I dont need even worse charisma. +2 wis +2 cha would really help my life and I'm a moralfag anyway. Creating light is more helpful that creating darkness. The looks don't matter; the books say they might have one or two minor traits, but the traits aren't all visible/physical, so you can be either and look fully human.
