When I assembled it I was trying to twist the legs up a bit more but doing that pried the pelvis apart. You could probably overcome that but it would require dryfitting and shaving.It's not very easy and you won't get it much different from the proper pose but you can change it a little bit. I think I had an issue with the head too but I don't remember what it was.

If some other psychic flare went off or the nids happened on the galaxy by chance, without the imperium what stops them? If the Orks gathered a great waaagh for whatever reason, without the imperium what stops them? The current threats are relevant to the imperium because it exists. If it did not exist, there would not be a lack of threats. Chaos would be weaker, but would exist. The Orks wouldn't stop waaghing forever. Other minor xenos threats like the enslavers would be existential crises instead of footbotes.
