For Quantum Riddler’s effect to matter at all you have to be in a very bad situation. A situation blue never wants to be in. You have to have an almost empty hand. In fact QR has to be one of the only cards in your hand when you warp it.
If it’s not, the 2nd effect is never going to go off on the warp. You only have 1 turn to make the 2nd effect go off. Not even 1 rotation, but 1 turn.

It can’t attack or do anything except crew/station. So in 99% of cases it’s 2 mana draw 1 and nothing else

Looking to add Demonic/Vampiric Tutor as game changers, idk what to use as the 3rd one yet and i definitely wanna add Phyrexian Altar and Oathsworn Vampire for their combo and probably Clavileno just cus he seems good.

If you're getting in because of UB, you're wasting your money. Go buy figurines and posters instead, if you must.
Always start with precons, no matter how much someone says you should/could build your own for cheaper. You won't have any clue what you're doing and will likely make bad mana bases and buy a bunch of strictly-worse draft chaff. I know I did.
Play the precon at least half a dozen times before looking to get a new deck.
Upgrade with sites like EDHREC, don't let anyone tell you that you should be trawling 1000 cards on Scryfall. Yes, sometimes that's the way to build your personal take on something, but the best cards for a commander come up on EDHREC for a reason

I went to LGS once and there was exactly 4 people there, including me. I would've waited longer but I had already waited 20 minutes just for the first person to show up. Me, some ~45 year old retard who plays incredibly slow and seemingly doesnt know what any of his cards do. A Filipino who similarly never seems to know what his cards doing despite only playing the same 4 mono red decks and king retard who brought Le epic chaos deck. Learn the basic rules and build a super cheap aggro deck that's two colors at most. Grab some iconic non-creature cards for its color identity like Swords to Plowshares, Counterspell, Infernal Grasp, Cultivate, Lightning Bolt, etc and just play the deck until you're bored of it and 5 more times after that. By then you should have a grasp of what you want out of the game and how games themselves play out in your pod(s). Don't jump into building dream decks right away, you'll fuck it up and won't be happy and you'll have sunk money into 4+ decks you want to pull apart.

All the cheap vamps. ALL of them. Edgar just wants a wide board. Don't worry about good stuff, having 4 1 mana vamps w/4 tokens out is going to feel a lot better than just vein ripper

More cheap anthems. Starlight spectacular is potential lethal if the pod lets it stick, even with just 6 vamps thats 15 extra damage, with just 8 vamps connecting it's near lethal from starting health

If you're building Edgar for aggro you don't need so much ramp, draw is better than ramp and you don't want to be top decking talismans mid-late game when you need more vamps. More draw and 37 lands+the crutch duo of Sol+Arcane will cover you just fine

Tutors are gay and sweaty. If you're using tutors you may as well leave in the vito/conqueror infinite because your deck is not bracket 3 in spirit. Personal opinion only, most players are shitters who rely on tutors so you won't get flak from others

Drop the winmore cards like Veinripper and Blade of the bloodchief and Impact tremors

Cloudstone Curio is an incredible wincon in the deck who cares if it's $10 get it

As aggro you don't need so much spot removal, you're either in a position to win by turn 5 or you're not winning. Protecting your board is infinitely more important than worrying about someone else building a board. On a related note, get fucking rid of Blasphemous Act and any symmetrical board wipes. They'll never help you: either you will have a full board and won't want to nuke it, or you're so far behind that nuking other people's creatures won't help you anyways. Kindred Dominance costs way more but unlike BA it can actually win you games on the spot. Again, you're aggro, your goal is to have a wide board of dirt cheap creatures swinging. Building your deck around other people's plans is playing to lose, every slot wasted on one off responses like Infernal Grasp is a slot you could've used to put a creature that puts pressure like Gifted Aetherborn

Generic deck building advice online never takes into account a deck's archetype or goals. 8 spot removal is fine if you're a midrange deck at a table of midrange/combo decks, since everyone is playing more mana expensive generic goodstuff permanents that can be vulnerable to low cost removal rocket tag, but aggro can't afford to be replacing creatures. Ive been watching a lot of YGO anime on youtube. It always tickled me that monsters had "secret abilities" that would surprise opponents. It doesnt make any sense, the cards just dont have the relevant text on them? You have to have autism levels over 9000 and memorize every single card in this universe?

But then I figured out the truth. Its not that the cards dont have the text, its just that YGO anime characters are all actually commander players and they never read card text that their opponents play. So when a triggered ability happens they start spazzing out.

That makes no sense, the counters aren't for killing people with, they're for spamming spot removal once you have a way to generate 2 power onto him. You don't even have to use 1/1 counters, any number of passive effects that raise his power also work.

I look at this card and see so, so many ways of building it as a commander. the hardest part would be limiting myself to a reasonable number of themes because he does fucking everything and synergizes with fucking everything else his colors do.

In the 99 you can reanimate Grisel by discarding his ass but like in the command zone it's harder to make that consistent I truly think a bracket 3 mono black griselbrand deck wouldn't be good but in the 99 of a optimized bracket 4+ list it would shine there

Sat down for a bracket 3 game and unloaded my "staple surprise" on them.
Turn 1 Smothering Tithe.
Turn 2 Wheel of Fortune (real, not proxied)
Dropped a Tax Collector and flickered it using Ephemerate. Followed up with Sheoldred, Bowmasters, and Rent Is Due.
Used a Windfall then played Doubling Season into Teferi, Who Slows the Sunset, along with Teferi, Hero of Dominaria. Double ult had the game locked doen on turn 2 but poor Timmy thought he could play it out so everyone else got to watch us play draw-go for 15 minutes until he died to Sheoldred (I didn't attack to draw it out).
When the game was over I told Timmy he could have won if everyone else didn't concede and kept playing. (He had no chance of winning I was sandbagging an Emiel in my hand).

Game 2 hit them with the "Super Speed" where I pretended to be the smol bean for several turns (had a Leyline of Sanctity just in-case). Commander (Ezio) down on turn 2. Secretly backed up by every CMM free spell. Pillowforted up until turn 9. Cast Silence, Super State, and Tainted Strike for game after contributing nothing to the match.
