I like that the orcs are the advanced race, which means that for humans, the first logical step is to aquire gunpowder technoligy. The lack of heavy armor for the celts is irrelevant to a degree if the Guns would Pierce it anyway.The general picture as i see is guerrilla warfare such as Vietnam. Orcs advancing into cities easily and humans practising scorched earth and retreating into mountain, trying to use the terrain to their favor and avoiding Open battle. Magical ítems or aid Will be rare but now they are by comparison much more efective I like this a lot
