Yes, the Five Peoples don't get along that well and they live in a shit society being exploited by Ahlat and the Realm, but it's an explicit point that Harborhead could potentially challenge the Realm economically now that the Realm isn't oppressing them as much.Maybe I'm just deranged.

>>96636736It has some decent ideas and doesn't turn charms into D&D style micro buffs. I also like how a lot of buff charms are scene long with attacks and perfects being one time spendings. So exalted get more and more brutal as the fight goes on.
So I have a question. Has anyone played a game where one of the players was Infernal with Theion Charmset? I read them in Gunstar, and I cannot help but see that they are absolutely overpowered.

Lunars was getting released when Abyssals was about half done and work was just getting started on Sidereals; Lunars had begun writing when the core book was still relatively recent and Dragon-Blooded (released Spring 2002) was about half done.We also know from some hinting that Michael Goodwin and/or Jenna Moran (R.S. Borgstrom at the time) that Essence ping and other Power Combat fixtures were planned out by the time Sidereals was out, which is why VBoS had a minimum damage bump (big for starting characters that had it, pretty much useless for anyone with Essence 5+).
