Would Boris Todbringer accept him and his settlements being Vassals of Settra the Imperishable if Settra had the clause that Sigmar would be officially recognized as God of the Empire and the living human's lands, and generally took a hands off approach to his Lordship over the mortals? (Pay taxes, maybe send your dead to the Mortuary Cult to be interred, (including Nobility getting the mummification treatment), etc
I can see Settra basically just not caring what living servants do as long as they pay their bills, serve in his armies, and say "fuck you Nagash/Chaos" in their daily prayers.
(Boris is right text to Settra in Total Rat Rathammer 3 and your best source of Handgunners and other good units)
