Is this over/under powered? Its effectively a chimera with no turret weapon, and trades the ability to give orders for the ability to heal nearby infantry cuz its an ambulance; at +15 points over the standard variant.Its still a transport, and transports gain most of their value from transport capacity rather than their crappy guns, so I'm not sure if making it the same cost as a normal chimera would make it OP.

My understanding was that no matter who someone was, or how good they were at their previous job, that you start off as the low man on the totem pole in an inquisitor's retinue. I was led to believe, maybe incorrectly, that newly recruited acolytes would basically be deniable assets in the sense that they need to prove themselves to their new boss.

I think its more to do with the fact furturistic tech faction thats taller than humans was taken by the eldar, so they made Tau shorter to make them a little different. They're shorter now because its not their prime, like we were shorter as kids and our ape ancestors were smaller than we are today upright.

40k could go a lot further than it has in making surreal dream-like landscapes to have fights in. You have many ways tyo justify it, from normal worlds trapped in a warp storm chanbging reality to outright daemon worlds where there is no laws of physics or logic that a world must conform to.

Following the method in that image will definitely give you better results than just slopping a flesh wash on or something, but it's not going to save the ugly sculpts like the classic mrs five o'clock shadow which you actually get in the infantry kits and expecting any of them to end up looking as good as that one head from the exorcist kit is setting yourself up for disappointment.
