It's funny that when this was announced for 2025, 3 UB sets in standard, there wasn't that strong of a reaction but now that final fantasy which was admittedly kind of cool and Edge have released, spider-man is here and it's kicking in how shit this whole plan is. I think Hasbro miscalculated how this would go over and I think it's going to bite.

You could glue it to a new rubber backing if you wanted.The problem is, none of these companies tell you when they change their manufacturing so what was good 10 years ago or 1 year ago won't apply today. If you're going to get one get the ones that have a stitched border - that will keep the fabric from fraying off the rubber although the holes to stitch the border potentially will just cause the rubber to break faster and the fabric to tear.
