Not my idea but in one of DnD campaign I had with some pals in university I had a friend play a character named "Rudolf Beardler" who was a very angry dwarf that couldn't get into art school due to elf based prejudice and thus he turned into a mercenary willing to extermine all elves. He had a square beard and did tons of anti elven rants. Im quite surprised how well that shit flew because back than we were all part of one of those politically activist left leaning university groups even if I was in it mostly for the parties and beer involved. Was a very light hearted shitpost campaign though and Rudolf was the constant butt of jokes. Our DM loved being one of those "gotcha" types that makes up traps and scenarios specifically set to fuck your character or previous choices so we had like 9 different elf encounters where we simply couldn't start a battle or argument without everyone ending up dead so the character couldn't really shine other than being spiteful
Racial Holy War. Note, that even beyond the idea of a fucking white supremacy RPG, it sucks shit. It's considered worse than FATAL since it doesn't really have rules. It's mostly just Creativity Movement propaganda and has some weird ass skills like clothesmaking and video games. There's only three weapons: handgun, assault rifle, and shotgun. You don't have any rules to determine a player's accuracy with these weapons. There is no way to tell if you actually hit anything.Enemy minorities are divided into stereotypes and each given a special ability. Black people apparently smell so much it lowers accuracy (except you have no way of hitting them since you don't have accuracy). Latinos are apparently called lazy yet have the ability to always attack first. Arabs blow themselves up. Asians get extra unarmed attacks from watching fake martial arts movies. Jews can bribe you with jewgold to skip your turn. Note that white people don't have any special attack.If this isn't bait and you're actually looking for any sort of campaign, just play something like d20 Modern.

Tangentially related, but I've always kind of wanted to do a near future war game where one of the factions is a black separatist state in the former US with a National Socialist government. Just figured it'd be an interesting thought experiment about NS as a political philosophy without all the cultural baggage of Hitler and white supremacism.

I ran a brief GURPS game using its Infinite Worlds setting (multiverse stuff) where the PCs were part of the HAPD, the Hitler Assassination Prevention Division. Basically, enough people would want to go to other worldlines to kill Hitler's that it became a serious problem, so a task force was made to keep Hitler alive.
