What are some of your favorite digital board games? that is: board games that have a digital version of them? I just purchased Dune: Imperium and am really enjoying it. My other big favorite has been Twilight Struggle. I also just purchased Aeon's End for I think $1.50 and I love deck builders so I am interested to try that too. as much as I enjoy the physical games and playing with others, there is something to be said about playing on your PC vs the AI - it's fairly quick and easy.
Only one I have is Terraforming Mars, which is nice because it's shit to play with actual people
I wish there was a Terra Mystica online with 100,000 players that I could just jam games on 24/7.
>>96693501Are you counting Tabletop Simulator in that? If so, that's my favourite. If not, I played the talisman digital version for a long time and enjoyed it for what it was.

>>96693501I really like the computer version of Terraforming Mars. The game can be a little fiddly with all the tokens and counters and multiple resources, and it's nice to automate that. All that was never a problem playing in-person, but people are always forgetting this the extra tree from this project or making stipid mistakes about power generation and accidentally jiggling the temperature scale. Having it all handled for you makes the game more fun and less stressful

>>96693501>that is: board games that have a digital version of themI'm quite fond of Armello, it's the other way around since it was originally a digital game before getting turned into a physical board game many years later but I'd say it's close enough to count. Four players move around a map of a kingdom competing to usurp the king while trying to fuck over the others through combat or laying traps, a whole bunch of different ways to play. All of the art for the cards is absolutely gorgeous as well, I backed the physical version and I can't wait for it to get here in a month or so (hopefully).
