In one pulp adventure game the charismatic casanova of the group was bamboozled into acquiring a harem of hot Bedouin sisters, which led into shenanigans where he had to escape responsibility of supporting them financially.

I once included a cute Medusa with big tits in a session with the goal of a gag about her snake tiddies, or sniddies. Players ended up befriending her and she turned out to be fairly important to the story, and she developed a crush on one of the PCs, but he rejected her.
