>>96727984Martial arts are literally just fighting styles, and dwarves tend to be very grounded and heavy fighters. So I'm thinking they'd prefer a low-blowing and fast fighting style. I'd suggest it'd be something like judo and sambo (a Russian wrestling art), with HEMA-incorporated axe movies

Being notoriously tough simple striking matches between dwarves take forever, grapples and precise disabling strikes are more favoured. Against human sized opponents, forms split into explosive movement to close gaps and grip/toughness training to simply grab whatever is offered and drag them down to the dwarf's level.
